Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DynamisOS ("Platform"), operated by Signet Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DynamisOS is an AI-powered operating system that provides executive assistant capabilities through an AI agent named Ava. The Platform integrates with third-party services, manages workflows, and provides personalized assistance. Users bring their own API keys for AI providers (Grok, Claude, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Gemini), and DynamisOS acts as an orchestration layer, routing requests according to user configuration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Use the Platform to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization

4. Subscription and Payment

DynamisOS operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You are responsible for all API costs incurred through your own API keys (xAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, etc.). DynamisOS does not charge for third-party API usage.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data deletion is available upon request per our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform, including conversations, documents, contacts, and workflows. We do not claim ownership of your data.

DynamisOS, including its design, architecture, code, AI models integration, and branding, is the intellectual property of Signet Ventures LLC. All rights reserved.

7. Beta Program

During the beta period, the Platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. By participating in the beta:

  • You acknowledge the Platform is under active development
  • Data handling procedures may evolve as the Platform matures
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Platform (anonymized)
  • We will make reasonable efforts to protect your data but cannot guarantee zero data loss during beta

8. AI Actions and User Responsibility

Ava is an AI assistant powered by third-party LLM providers. Ava may make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, or produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all actions Ava takes on your behalf before they are executed
  • Verifying accuracy of any information, decisions, or communications generated by Ava
  • Explicitly approving high-cost operations (configurable via delegation settings)
  • Maintaining control over your API keys and revoking access if compromised
  • Monitoring your API costs through your provider dashboards
  • Understanding that delegation levels allow varying degrees of autonomy, but you retain ultimate responsibility for outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamisOS and Signet Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or actions
  • Unintended execution of delegated tasks
  • Third-party LLM provider failures or changes
  • API costs incurred through your own API keys
  • Data loss despite reasonable security measures

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to DynamisOS in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Third-party integrations will remain available or function without changes
  • Your data will not be lost, corrupted, or exposed
  • The Platform will meet your specific requirements

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
